Meditation


We all know we'd benefit from some calm mindfulness but many of us don't take the time to do so. Here's a website that lets you sign up for free to try out mediation.


Some other ways is focus on your breathing for 60 seconds. Inhale and exhale for longer than you inhaled... again and again.

You might like this guided meditation to relief anxiety. (I've find it helpful)
