One of the things I enjoy exploring are the various parts of BDSM that are less flashy. Crops, licking someone’s boots, and St. Andrew’s crosses are all fine and good, but there are other parts to the Dom-sub relationship. All the little bits and pieces that allow trust to grow between them. So many tiny actions and activities that allow for the bigger challenges to be approached with confidence.

My definition of a Dom/Master is definitely not everyone’s… and that’s fine. But for me, a Master loves a sub more than they can love themselves. He helps shows the sub, they are deserving of his love and attention by just being who they are.

In Bent Not Broken (released on June 16^th)  Riku Tao is all about the details. He longs to have a sub who takes BDSM as more than just as a kinky good time. In his twenties, he tolerated things that did not make him fulfilled, and at his age, he’s too tired to play mind games with want-to-be subs.

Stefano Rossi was abused growing up and his strict Catholic upbringing doesn’t leave any room for orientation exploration. He likes women so he just chooses to stop himself there. In the past, he might find himself in somewhat sketchy situations to get what he needed from someone… but no more.

Fuck, Stefano was tired of being broken. He’d really love to find subspace but none of the Mistresses he’s played with can take him there. He didn’t want to be so drawn to Riku but he was…. Just the demonstrations he does at The Edge light Stefano on fire… not that he’d follow up with the Dom cause he can’t be into that with a guy.

A responsible Dom, who knows a sub has a history of abuse, needs to go down unique paths at times. It’s about understanding what the sub really needs and making sure they get it in a non-triggering fashion. But Stefano not interested in exploring anything with him. They’d just do the rope demonstration and that would be that.

Riku led him to the powder room off the entryway to treat Stefano’s hands.

Stefano had learned fussing about doing this was useless. It didn’t matter that he’d already scrubbed his hands at work.

His Master checked and adjusted the temperature of the water, and when he was satisfied, he pumped soap into his palm and took Stefano’s hands in his.

The tender gesture made Stefano swallow past the lump of emotion in his throat.

“These hands have worked magic. They make broken things work again. We should appreciate them, right?”

Shit! On the surface, handwashing didn’t appear to have anything remotely related to BDSM, but the fact Riku demanded they start their time together with self-care somehow pointed Stefano down the path to subspace.

“Yes, Master.”

He washed both of their hands with orangey scented soap and rinsed. “Taking the time to do self-care reminds you how important you are.”

Stefano had learned not to roll his eyes or reject his own importance. In truth, this hand-cleaning ritual relaxed him and reconnected them. Granted, the focused attention turned him on, but maybe he did start to feel like he mattered... at least to Riku.

Then Riku squeezed a dollop of blue soap onto an ornately carved nail brush and buffed Stefano’s fingertips until they were soapy. Riku rinsed Stefano’s hands and then patted them dry.

As if that wasn’t enough, his Master pumped an orange-and-basil- smelling moisturizer into his palm and massaged the cream into Stefano’s right hand, then his left.

When he was done, he touched his forehead to Stefano’s and their breathing started to sync. As usual, all of the loneliness Stefano shoved down deep came to the surface and evaporated like water on a hot engine.

THAI BL RECOMMENDATIONS

I believe BL (Boy's Love), Yaoi, LGBTQIA+ romance helps more people toward equality. I truly believe with every page turned and every drama watched people's hearts and minds are being opened.

Thailand has yet to legalize same sex marriage but I really believe they are moving in that direction and these dramas are helping to push that agenda.

Keep in mind none of these are "perfect" (show me a show/book/movie who gets a 100% & I'll show you someone who thinks it failed...). These are simply beautiful stories with character I love.

Kiss Me Again (watching for Kao/Pete their story is finished in Dark Blue Kiss > which in my humble opinion is the payoff for the whole series)
Kiss The Series (most BL fans skim for Kao/Pete scenes)

Dark Blue Kiss (after https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x788tag) this is the STAR of the entire series. DBK is so well done and it even gives current & future parents a recipe on how to deal with their rainbow kids... it's stunning!!!!!!!

 

  

Until We Meet Again: I'm not going to lie I went through 2 boxes of tissue but I can say without a doubt EVERYONE & I do mean EVERYONE gets their happily ever after. It's a cautionary tale that needs to be told (to both parents & kids who want to just give up), and it is incredibly beautiful... uplifting. ((Again, you know I don't do SAD... there's enough happiness to pull you through the hardest parts of this story and it truly is worth it))

Why R U (By Line TV) 13 episodes but there were some technical problems due to Corvid 19 but overall great story, fun characters and much sweetness & love to be had.

5 Embarrassing Sexual Type Situations for Anyone…

Thank you so much for having me. I’m going to share with you 5 situations that could have been embarrassing… but I’m Z. Allora so I embraced them. I’m not saying I’ve never been embarrassed by sex or sexual situations, but it gives me much more joy to embrace sex and sexuality. Then I’m going to celebrate my new release The Longest Night, a sweet BDSM with a giveaway.

Here are 5 situations that could have been mortifying if I let them:

1)    Bangkok Go-Go Bar: “I fuck him too.”

On one of our trips to Bangkok, we were at a go-go bar and the bouncer placed us right in front of the stage. The dancers took great pleasure in dedicating themselves to me. As the only person who was assigned female at birth in attendance, their goal was to embarrass me with attention….

Although once they realized that was a hopeless endeavor, they began to try to make me laugh. One sweet dancer decided making silly faces was the way to go.

He was right! I snortled again and again at his twisted fish lips face.

Later that evening, Mr. Alpha, the biggest, most muscular dancer that everyone doted on, directed his attentions to me.

He strutted his fine, oiled muscular body over to me. Stopping in front of me, he raked his gaze over me as if trying to start a fire with no tinder.

After a moment of intense study, he announced with a confident smile, “I fuck you.”

*** All kidding aside, it was a lovely and thoughtful offer. It was clearly a coveted gift based on the reactions of the pouting of the patrons losing out on his attentions. ***

I shook my head, and elbowed my love. “I’m sorry, I’m with him.”

My love had stopped playing his game and smiled at the man in the loin cloth offering to fuck me. (Clearly my dearest heart knew there was no threat whatsoever.)

Mr. Alpha glanced at my love and grinned. He turned back to me and nodded. “I fuck him too.”

“Oh, thank you, but no. We’re good.” I didn’t want to insult him but I needed to be clear since I spoke only a few words of Thai.

*** This little scene had gotten everyone’s attention. The group on stage stopped dancing to stare at I’m sure what was a rare sight… Mr. Alpha being told “no.” ***

Mr. Alpha stared deeply into my eyes. “You very good. I make better.”

Thankfully, the bouncer at the door flashed a light signaling to the dancers that the police would soon be raiding the establishment.

Everyone darted away.

Mr. Alpha gave me one last longing look and ran out into the back.

My love and I beat a hasty retreat out the door.

2)    The movers found handcuffs under our bed.

Mover: “Oh Mrs. Lady. Mrs. Lady. I found something of yours.”

I dash into the bedroom to find him smirking with an old pair of handcuffs, that had gotten lost under the bed, dangling from his fingertips. His intent was to embarrass or shame me.

Z.: “Oh God! Thank you so much! We’ve been looking for these.” I snatch them with a smile and clutch them to my chest. “These were my very first pair.”

Mover: Turns red, nods, and backs into a wall.

3)    Carpet cleaner sucks up my bondage rope in his vacuum.

Cleaner: “Um, a… there’s some sort of rope attached under your bed.”

Z.: “Oh, yeah. Sorry, I must not have tucked it in when we were done…. But it’s still easier than tying it each time. Am I right?”

Cleaner: …..

4)    “I’ve never been hit in the head with a penis… until today.”

Carpet cleaner (same one, different visit): Upstairs in that room with all the pictures on the wall (which is cover art from my books)….

Z.: Yes. (Not sure where he’ll go with this…)

Carpet Cleaner: “Well, until today I’ve never been hit in the head with a penis….”

Z.: “Oh, my. Are you okay?”

Carpet Cleaner: “Yeah, I just… didn’t expect it. Why do you have one hanging in there?”

Z.: (mentally rubbing my hands together) Well, that’s a tintinnabulum from Pompeii. Where shop owners would hang these penises with bells attached to bring good luck to the store.”

Carpet Cleaner: nods… “Okay, so I guess I was hit in the head with good luck.”

5)    Flying with Sex Toys

TSA: “What is this?” He points to my case of vibrators with a smirk.

Z.: “Vibrators. Would you like to see how I use them?”

TSA: (smirk falters) ….

Z.: “You put them on either side of your temple. If you have a cold use them around your nose to break up congestion, and to help with sinus pressure.”

TSA: ….

Z.: “There are other uses as well.” (bats eyelashes) “Orgasms.”

TSA: “You’re fine. Go.”

Z.: “I can show you—”

TSA: “Next.”

Not only accepting who you are but embracing yourself is a joy all it’s own. My characters in The Longest Night have finally accepted who they are and are clear on what they want. They are no longer willing to settle.

You might have noticed how much I adore The Untamed.  Netflix The Untamed)

Why?

I lived in China for 6 years so I experienced the censorship and the denial of anything other than straight first hand. The Untamed (live drama with talented actors) is based on a BL (boy's love aka Yaoi) novel The Grand Master of Demonic Cultivation. (Not yet in English though I've begged various BL manga houses to PLEASE give us this treasure!)

"In a magical world of inter-clan rivalry, two soulmates face treacherous schemes and uncover a dark mystery linked to a tragic event in the past." < Netflix summary... these two men are soulmates... in China where I was told more than once "gay is a Western concept."

The leader actors are from two different boy bands who understand how to help fans read between the lines.

This gets pass the censorship (against anything homosexual > which is seen as obscene) through clever symbolism, longing looks, crooked barely there smiles, and creativity. This is a miracle for not only the incredible story which sweeps you away and the magical acting but these two men love each other....

((WARNING: the first episode is a bit difficult to understand as Wei Wuxian is being brought back to life and the other person is sort of there... and then Wei needs to act insane so can come across as overacting and craziness if you aren't expecting it... just know it's fantastic).
